§ 118-19. Driving in public parks.

It shall be unlawful for any automobile or other vehicle to drive upon or use any part of the public parks or zoo in this city except the driveways and designated parking spaces; provided, however, that this shall not apply to any vehicle when compelled to drive off the driveways or parking spaces for the purpose of delivering materials and supplies for the use in the park or zoo.
