§ 118-21. Riding of motorcycles and other motor-driven vehicles on school grounds.

It shall be unlawful for any person to drive or operate or to ride upon any motorcycle, motorbike or any other motor-driven vehicle upon any school properties owned or operated by the Jackson Municipal Separate School District, except in those areas reserved for parking. Any person found guilty of violating the terms and provisions of this section shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and punished by law.
