§ 118-64. Same—Copy shall be deemed a lawful complaint.

When a form of citation provided for in this section is sworn to as required under the general laws of this state in respect to a complaint charging commission of the offense alleged in such citation to have been committed, then such citation when filed with the clerk of the municipal court or his deputy having jurisdiction shall be deemed to be a lawful complaint and affidavit for the purpose of prosecution under this chapter.
