§ 118-166. Penalty for violation of article.
Latest version.
Any person who shall be convicted of a violation of any provision of this article shall be punished by the imposition of a fine not to exceed $300.00, or by imprisonment for not more than 90 days, or by removal and detention of the bicycle registration sticker from such person's bicycle for a period not to exceed 90 days, or by impounding such person's bicycle for a period not to exceed 90 days, or by any combination thereof.
