§ 118-319. Maximum distance from curb for parallel parking on one-way streets.

On one-way streets, an automobile stopped or parked on the left-hand side of the street shall be so stopped or parked with the left-hand wheels of such vehicle parallel to and within 12 inches of the left-hand curb.
