§ 122-1. Grades and lines for water and sewerage works.

All sewers, water pipes, conduits, and underground drainage works shall be laid according to grades and lines established and laid out by the city engineering section of the utilities division of the public works department, which shall keep a record of the same in its office and the specifications referred to in section 110-1.
