§ 122-10. Key stopcock generally.

An inverted key stopcock of a make and pattern to be approved by the manager of the waterworks shall be placed just within the curbline for all ordinary uses. No person, except an employee of the waterworks authorized to do so, shall open or close such stopcock at the curbline.
