§ 122-14. Extensions to water pipe or additional fixtures.

No addition to the number of fixtures, or extensions of the water pipe, shall be made unless it is on a service where a meter has been placed, until application in writing has been filed, signed by the plumber licensed to do the work or by the owner, tenant or agent and a written permit issued by the waterworks. This rule shall not apply to repairs.
