§ 122-25. Unauthorized use or abuse of valve boxes.

No person shall open any fire hydrant or obstruct any valve boxes, either public or private, or deposit any dirt or any material in such valve boxes, or do anything to obstruct the use of same, and the waterworks reserves the exclusive right to the use of stopcock and boxes to turn on and shut off the water.
