§ 122-36. Dismissal of employees for failure to report violations of this chapter.

Any employee of the waterworks of the city who shall knowingly and intentionally permit any provision of this chapter to be violated without immediately reporting such violation to the director of the waterworks shall be dismissed from the service of the city.
