§ 122-41. Laboratory fees for wastewater treatment plant.

(a)

Upon delivery of waste material to the wastewater treatment plant by means other than the sanitary sewer system of the city, the director of public works or his designated representative may require laboratory analysis for any of the tests set forth in subsection (b) of this section before such waste material is accepted for treatment and disposition at the plant.

(b)

Laboratory analysis may be performed by the city or, at the option of the person desiring to deposit the waste material, by a reputable private laboratory under procedures determined by the city. If the city performs the work, the fees to be charged shall be such amounts as established by the city council from time to time.
