§ 122-201. Water taps—Generally.

Tapping charges paid for the privilege of connecting with the water main shall not convey ownership in any of the material furnished by the waterworks. The tapping charges shall be paid when the application is made, and the work shall not be done until such charges are paid. Once paid, no such charge shall again be made except for the installation of an increased size on application of the owner.
