§ 122-232. Applicability of sewer service charges in sections 122-234 and 122-235.

The sewer service charges set forth in sections 122-234 and 122-235 are applicable to every person, firm, partnership, association or corporation, inside and outside of the corporate limits of the city, whose sewage and wastewater empties into the city's collection and treatment systems.
