§ 18-2. Police department, animal control officer to enforce chapter provisions; interfering with such officers.

(a)

The civil and criminal provisions of this chapter shall be enforced by the superintendent of animal control and the city police department.

(b)

It shall be a violation of this chapter to interfere with an animal control officer in the performance of his duties.
