§ 22-1. Helicopter operation—Conformance to certain regulations.

  • Helicopter operations not involving operations under certificates of public convenience and necessity issued by the Civil Aeronautics Board may be conducted to and from a private heliport, subject only to the condition that the operation shall in all respects conform with applicable rules and regulations of the Civil Aeronautics Board and the administrator of the Federal Aviation Agency, and the limitations of the private heliports.
