§ 22-37. Powers and duties.

The joint airport zoning board shall have all of the powers and perform all of the duties provided for under the laws of the state, and particularly under the Airport Zoning Act of 1950 (MCA 1972, § 61-7-1 et seq.), and there is delegated to such board all of the authority necessary to fully and completely perform all of the functions of such joint board as contemplated by such act.
