§ 22-126. Adopted.

There is hereby adopted by reference to regulate and control the use and operation of municipal airports of the city, providing for the enforcement of the same, and fixing penalties for violation, a code entitled, "A Code of Airport Rules and Regulations Governing Tenants, Users, Passengers and Visitors." Such code shall be printed in a sufficient number of copies to provide distribution thereof, and copies shall be kept on file with the city clerk, the police department and the executive director of the aviation authority. For the purpose of identification, there shall be annexed and attached to such code a certificate bearing the signatures or facsimile signatures of the mayor and city clerk, with the seal of the city affixed thereto.
