§ 26-112. Penalty for violation of division.

Any person violating any of the terms or provisions of this division shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined in the sum of $100.00, or by imprisonment in the city jail not more than 30 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
