The holder of any air conditioning license, as provided in this article, shall, before
engaging in business, enter into a bond with good and sufficient surety in the amount
of $5,000.00, as provided in section 26-5, to be approved by the director of the planning and development department, conditioned
upon the faithful performance of his work in accordance with the provisions and requirements
of this division and in accordance with, and on the form provided by section 26-5.
