§ 26-236. Required.

It shall be unlawful for any journeyman air conditioning and/or refrigeration mechanic to engage in the work of air conditioning or refrigeration installation or repair work in the city without first obtaining from the board of mechanical examiners an identification card certifying that he is qualified to do such work.
