Ord. No. 2004-36(2), § 1, adopted Sept. 7, 2004 provided for the adoption of the International Fuel Gas Code, 2003 edition, as published by the International Code Council, in effect repealing § 26-284 in its entirety. Formerly, § 26-284 pertained to permit fees of the Standard Gas Code, 1997 Edition, including Appendices A, B, D, and E, as promulgated by the Southern Building Code Congress International, Inc., as enacted by Code 1971, § 9-217.1.
