§ 2-165. Dismissal of city employees for unauthorized absence.

Latest version.

Absence of any city employee from his place of duty for more than three consecutive business days, other than by reason of sickness or accident or vacation time, or permission secured from the mayor, shall be sufficient cause for dismissal of such employee.
