§ 2-191. Powers and duties; salary.

(a)

The mayor of the city shall perform those duties specified by the general laws of the state.

(b)

The salary of the mayor shall be $60,000.00 per annum.

(c)

From and after the next general election of municipal officers to be in the year 2001 and the next elected mayor takes office in July 2001, the mayor's salary shall increase as follows:

The salary of the mayor shall be $120,000.00 per annum.
