§ 2-241. Office created; duties.

(a)

The office of the city prosecuting attorney is hereby created. The city prosecutor and his assistants shall work under the direction of the city attorney and shall otherwise perform their duties in accordance with state law.

(b)

The office of risk manager is hereby created. The risk manager and his assistants shall work under the direction of the city attorney and shall perform those functions attendant to controlling risks including but not limited to the handling of claims and promotion of safety.
