§ 2-311. Policy and purpose of division; coverage.

It is hereby declared to be the policy and purpose of the city to extend the provisions of MCA 1972, § 25-11-101 et seq., providing social security and state retirement to eligible employees and officers of the city. In pursuance of such policy, and for that purpose, the officers of the city shall take such action as may be required by applicable state or federal laws or regulations.
