§ 2-337. Supervision of departments; pay scale of directors; statement of economic interest.

(a)

All departments established by section 2-336 shall be supervised by a director and deputy director.

(b)

Any individual who is appointed as a department director with the city and whose appointment is subject to confirmation by the city council shall annually file a statement of economic interest with the state ethics commission on the forms which are required to be filed by elected officials. The statement of economic interest must be filed at the time of confirmation by the city council and on or before May 1 of each year thereafter.
