§ 2-391. Created; composition.

The civil service commission is hereby created in accord with state law and shall be governed by the terms of such state statutes. The civil service commission shall consist of seven members, one member from each ward. The members of the civil service commission shall receive the sum of $100.00 per month to compensate them for their service.
