§ 30-103. Penalty for violation of article.

Latest version.

Any person convicted of violating any of the terms of this article shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine not exceeding $300.00 or by imprisonment not to exceed 90 days, or both such fine and imprisonment. Each day of any violation of this article shall constitute a separate offense.
