§ 30-137. Appeals to council.

  • In all cases where the chief of police denies an application for a permit, revokes a permit or requires forfeiture of a permit, the party aggrieved may appeal to the city council. Written notice of appeal must be delivered to the chief of police and the city clerk within ten days from the date that the aggrieved party receives written notice of the adverse decision of the chief of police.
