§ 30-177. Application procedure.
Applications for new retail stands shall be submitted on a form obtained from the planning and development department and be accompanied by a detailed site plan drawn at a scale to allow adequate review. Site plans shall include the following:
(1)
Property boundary lines and dimensions, available utilities, and location of: easements, underground petroleum storage tanks and aboveground dispensing facilities, roadways, rail lines and public rights-of-way crossings adjacent to the subject property;
(2)
The proposed height, dimensions and arrangements of buildings and uses on the site;
(3)
The type and location of landscaping proposed for the site;
(4)
The location of points of ingress to and egress from the site;
(5)
The location of driveways, parking lots and loading areas on the site;
(6)
The location of any proposed substantial regrading on the site and any significant topographical or physical feature, including water courses.
