§ 30-180. Penalty for violation.

Any person who violates, neglects, or refuses to comply with, or who resists the enforcement of any of the provisions of this article, shall on conviction, be fined not more than $300.00, or imprisoned for not more than 90 days, or both. In addition to such penalties, the city may obtain an injunction for the purpose of enforcing the terms of this article.
