§ 58-38. Definitions.

Wherever the word "municipality" is used in such code, it shall be held to mean the city. The term "corporation counsel," as used in such code, shall be held to mean the city attorney, and the term "chief of the bureau of fire prevention" shall mean the fire marshal.
