Any person who violates, neglects, or refuses to comply with, or who resists the enforcement
of any of the provisions of this article, shall, on conviction, be fined not more
than $300.00 for each offense, or imprisonment. Each day that a violation is permitted
to exist shall constitute a separate offense. In addition to such penalty, the city
may obtain an injunction for the purpose of enforcing the terms of this article.
