§ 86-1. Violation of mayor's orders in civil emergency.

Any person violating the provisions of orders issued by the mayor pursuant to any action taken by him authorized by MCA 1972, § 45-17-1 et seq., during a proclaimed civil emergency shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and be punished by a fine as provided by section 1-10.
