§ 86-87. Penalty for violation of article.

Any person violating any provision of this article for which no other penalty is prescribed shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined an amount not to exceed $500.00, or imprisoned in the city jail for a term not exceeding 90 days, or both.
