§ 90-1. Destruction or injury to park property.

It shall be unlawful for any person to cut, break, trample, injure, or take any plants, flowers, shrubbery, trees or vegetation within any municipal park, or deface, injure, or remove any benches, seats, or other appurtenances of such parks or enclosures.
