§ 98-111. Penalty for violation of article.

Every person, as well as their agents or employees, who shall violate any of the provisions of this section, shall, on conviction, be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined in a sum not to exceed $500.00, or imprisoned for not more than 90 days or both, for each offense.
