§ 98-117. Presumption of acquisition for purpose of resale.

In any criminal proceeding under this article, the holder of a permit issued pursuant to the terms of this article shall be presumed to have acquired, purchased or otherwise come into the possession of the items described in section 98-112 for purposes of resale.
