Ord. No. 2004-35(2), § 1, adopted Sept. 7, 2004 provided for the adoption of the 2003 edition of the International Residential Code, in effect repealing § 26-178 which pertained to community improvement funds of the Standard Housing Code, as published by the Southern Building Code Congress International, Inc., 1991 edition, with 1991 and 1992 Revisions, enacted by Code 1971, § 9-164.2; as amended.
