§ 58-71. Classification of incinerators.

Incinerators shall be classed as follows:
(1)

Class A incinerators shall be portable, packaged, completely assembled, direct fed incinerators, having not over five cubic feet storage capacity, or 25 pounds per hour burning rate, suitable for burning type 1 and type 2 wastes.

(2)

Class B incinerators shall be portable, packaged, or job assembled, direct fed incinerators five cubic feet to 15 cubic feet primary chamber volume or a burning rate of 25 pounds per hour up to, but less than 100 pounds per hour of type 1 and type 2 waste.
