§ 58-72. Classification of waste.

Waste shall be classed as follows:
(1)

Type 1 waste shall consist of a mixture of highly combustible waste such as paper, cardboard cartons, wood boxes, and combustible floor sweepings from commercial and industrial activities. The mixture containing up to ten percent by weight of plastic bags, coated paper, laminated paper, and treated corrugated cardboard.

(2)

Type 2 waste consisting of a mixture of combustible waste such as paper, cardboard cartons, wood scraps, and combustible floor sweepings, from domestic, commercial and industrial activities.
