§ 74-3. Same—Interfering with while discharging duties; penalty for violation of section.

  • It shall be unlawful for any person to resist, oppose or obstruct the chief of police or any other police officer in the city in the discharge of any of their duties, and the violation of this section shall constitute a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, the offender may be punished as provided in section 1-16 of this Code.
